2026 Summer Tournament Teams Registration - U8, U10 & U12 Teams

Registration closes on Sunday 6/7/2026. (this is a quick deadline to turn around uniforms)

Welcome to the registration for the River Rivals summer baseball tournament. The cost per player for the tournament entry is $100. This covers a shirt/hat and the entry fee for the tournament. Should we decide to play in another tournament, only an entry fee would be required.

West Newbury Baseball is running this tournament - GBL is just entering one team at each level and hosting games at Washington Park..

This is a competitive baseball tournament and skill level of the competition will be high.

Each team will roster the 12 BEST players only (this is a hard cap) - if we get more than 12 players registered per a team spring coaches will be consulted to select and roster the 12 best players prior to tournament start. We may choose to have 1-2 players as backups and called upon if shorthanded for games.

When:

·     Start Date – approx. June 22nd after the conclusion of the ITBL Playoffs

There will be a couple days off around the 4th holiday.

If you are looking for more instructional, skills, fundamentals, this is not a program to register for. Pentucket is putting on summer clinics at the high school for baseball skills.

Location: All games will be played in West Newbury, Groveland and Merrimac.

Each team is guaranteed 6 pool play games. Thereafter, elimination playoff games based on seeding will be played. A semifinal bracket, consolation bracket, and championships.

Team Levels:

8U (Minors) Open to Current Farm Players - (kids 8 or under)

10U (Minors) Open to Current Minors Players – (kids 10 or under)

12U (Majors) Open to Current Majors Players – (kids 12 or under)

You must pay at time of registration, or your registration will be deleted.

Registration is currently open for residents of Groveland or students that currently attend Bagnall School.
